Have a clear understanding of the battery parameters, do not just care about the cell.

Laptop is different from desktop in power supply that is the battery. Then people can go outside and carry their laptop because of the battery. In this case, battery has become challenge to pick. But as a consumer, the most intuitive is that the number of cell batteries. Most of the notebook computer market standards are 8-cell, 6-cell or 4-cell of the lithium-ion battery. One standard 4-cell lithium-ion batteries are often ultra-thin products, but most of these products can choose to have more cell number to stretch battery’s life. As for the number of two different laptop batteries, the more cells, the longer batteries keep.

There are other fans have a better understanding of the laptop, they are more focused on the battery “mAh”. “mAh” is the battery capacity. Generally, many of my friends might think that a large mAh battery will have a longer life time. But the reality is not so, the laptop battery can often see “6-cell 4400mAh”, “4 cell 2200mAh” battery. Usually we take for granted that the 4400mah is better than 2200mAh.
But in fact that’s not not the case, a unit of battery capacity should be considered “Wh”(watts/ hours). Of course, “Wh” and the “mAh” have close relationship with the following formula: Wh ÷ V × 1000 = mAh be noted that the measurement of electrical power consumption of the unit itself should be a power, that is, “Watt.”
Since then, we can learn to select the laptop battery should be noted that the place is not the “mAh” but “Wh” and the voltage of a few.
