Lenovo’s first Ultrabook, dubbed the IdeaPad U300s is up for grabs now. Lenovo, the manufacturer of ThinkPad has crafted IdeaPad U300 with an insanely short boot time and unibody aluminum case for sturdy uses and ultra portability. According to ZDnet reviewer James Kendrick, Lenovo IdeaPad U300 is the best Windows notebook he has ever seen. The Lenovo notebook “validates the new product name as it is the thinnest and lightest Windows laptop I have ever used,” he adds. Form factor: Lenovo IdeaPad U300s has the dimensions of 324 x 216 x 14.9 mm. Of course, it makes the device one of the thinnest and lightest Ultrabooks we have in stores.

No remarkable shortfalls are found with Lenovo IdeaPad U300s. However, even being a unibody notebook, the IdeaPad Ultrabook is not looking much cute.
Pricing and availability
Lenovo sells IdeaPad U300s with Core i5 processor, 4GB RAM and 128GB SSD for $1,195. The model with Core i7, 4GB RAM and 256GB SSD is priced at $1,595.
