I. Standard shipping - HK Post

• Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, Approx. 5-8 Business days** delivery from shipping date.

• Shipping Costs (handling cost included) is $6.95.

• Our shipping cost listed on the website not only cover Continental United States but also Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

• HK Post will NOT deliver to PO Boxes**.

II. Fedex - Standard Overnight Service

• All orders can be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight service, Approx. 2-4 Business days delivery from shipping date.

• Shipping Costs (handling cost included) is $15.50.

• Fedex will NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

III. EMS - Express Mail Service - Come Soon

• EMS is an available shipping method within the continental USA, Approx. 4-7 Business days** delivery from shipping date.

• Shipping Costs (handling cost included) is $9.95.

IV. UPS - United Parcel Service - Come Soon

• Anther option is UPS 2 Business days delivery. Approx. 2-4 Business days delivery from shipping date.

• Shipping Costs (handling cost included) is $25.00.

• UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

• All orders are normally shipped on the same day if placed before 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday before 10:30 am (Eastern Standard Time) .

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

PO Boxes: Post Office Box customers must select the PO Boxes delivery option during checkout. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes, unless they are located at UPS Stores. We are not responsible for customer errors in delivery method selection.

When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will be receiving a Shipment Confirmation e-mail in your inbox. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online. You can expect to receive this e-mail within the 1 - 2 business day timeframe. The e-mail contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link to the selected carrier site. You can click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail to track your order.
